Using this cell

Fill the cell through the threaded opening and cap it as needed for your method. Use enough sample to cover the beam area used by your instrument, and keep the optical faces free from bubbles, droplets and dried residue before measurement.

The nominal capacity is 700 µL, which helps you plan sample preparation, but it is not a minimum working volume. For low-fill methods, check your own beam position and liquid level in the holder you plan to use.
