C014CS16 is a quartz screw-top cuvette for UV/Vis spectroscopy with a 1 mm optical path, a Four-Way Light body and 350 µL nominal capacity. Its large screw-top opening gives direct access from above, and the four-side optical layout gives you more than one side-on beam direction when your holder and measurement geometry allow it.

Using this cell

Fill the cell from the top opening and seat the screw cap for covered handling during normal use. Make sure the liquid fully covers the beam path used in your setup, and remove visible bubbles before measurement.

Keep handling to the non-optical surfaces where possible so the light path stays clean. The 350 µL figure is a nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume, so your own method should determine the actual fill level needed for reliable beam coverage.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces and opening area for dust, fingerprints or transit marks.
Rinse the sample-contact area with a suitable liquid for your method.
Fill with a blank and check that the intended beam path is fully covered.
