Using this cell

Fill each cell so the liquid fully covers the measurement region, then clear bubbles and droplets from the optical area before reading. Use the same orientation for blank and sample measurements, and handle the cells by the outer surfaces rather than the optical faces.

The included closures are useful for covering the cells during routine handling and measurement. No pressure rating is stated here, so they should not be treated as a pressure or leak-tight feature.
