Using this cell

Fill the sample chamber from the open top and make sure the liquid covers the beam area used by your instrument. Remove visible bubbles before reading, and keep the same orientation for blank and sample measurements.

The 350 µL value is the nominal capacity, not a stated minimum working volume. The PTFE closure is included with this option, but this product is still an open-top cuvette rather than a pressure-rated or leak-tested assembly.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces and sample chamber for dust, residue or chips.
Test fit the empty cell body in your holder before preparing samples.
Rinse with a suitable liquid for your procedure and the complete assembly.
Run a blank in the same orientation you will use for the sample.

Fit and optical alignment

The stated 12.5 × 3.5 × 45 mm dimensions apply to the cell body only. Use those body dimensions to check holder clearance and seating in your instrument or fixture.

Solvents and cleaning

This cuvette is marked for neutral samples. Chemical limits for this exact selected SKU are not otherwise established here, so if your method involves aggressive solvents, mixed reagents or unusual cleaning conditions, check suitability for the complete assembly before use.
