Description

The C104TS19 is a 10mm-path-length quartz tube-based fluorescence cuvette with 4 polished optical faces (Four-Way Light) and an internal volume of 4.5 ml. Exterior dimensions measure 12.5 × 12.5 × 114 mm, with an interior chamber of 10 × 10 × 97 mm. The tube-based body provides a round-to-square optical transition that couples a threaded screw-cap closure with a standard 10 mm square light path, combining the sealing convenience of a test tube with the optical precision of a cuvette. Four polished optical faces allow excitation light to enter from one side while the detector captures emission at 90° — the standard geometry for fluorescence spectroscopy. • Rinse with an appropriate solvent (ethanol, dilute acid, or deionized water) before first use.
• Handle by the frosted or upper walls — avoid touching polished optical faces.
• This cuvette is withstands all common laboratory solvents, concentrated acids, and bases. Avoid HF (hydrofluoric acid).
• After use, rinse immediately and allow to air-dry inverted on lint-free tissue.
• Store in the original packaging to prevent scratches on optical surfaces.
