Using this cell

Fill the cell from the top and confirm that the illuminated region is fully covered during measurement. In small-volume handling, it helps to check for bubbles and droplets on the optical faces before placing the cell in the holder.

Use a consistent seating direction for blank and sample runs so the same faces present to the optical path each time. The stated 50 µL is the nominal cell capacity for this option; it should not be treated as a released minimum working volume.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces for dust or residue before first use, then rinse with a suitable liquid for your method. Test the cell in the holder before loading a critical sample, and verify with a blank that the beam passes through liquid without trapped air.
