Using this cell

Fill the cell so the illuminated path is covered during measurement, and load the sample carefully to avoid bubbles sitting in the optical region. For blank and sample readings, keep the same orientation each time so the optical faces and sample position remain consistent.

The 350 µL figure is a nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume. In practice, the fill level you need depends on your instrument beam position and how fully the liquid covers the light path in your own setup.
