Using this cell

Fill from the top and make sure the liquid covers the measurement region used by your instrument. Remove visible bubbles before reading, keep the outside optical faces clean and use the same orientation for blank and sample to keep the optical path consistent.

This model is intended for visible absorbance work. Use the 1 mm path length in your method setup, and treat the 350 µL value as nominal capacity rather than a minimum working fill.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces for chips, residue or handling marks, then place the cuvette in your holder to confirm square seating. Before routine use, run a blank with your intended liquid so you can verify beam coverage and practical handling in your own setup.

Fit and optical alignment
