Why a 30 mm Path Length?
A 30 mm path length triples the optical interaction distance versus standard 10 mm cells, significantly boosting sensitivity for trace-level measurements. Ideal for environmental monitoring, low-concentration pharmaceutical assays, and any application where enhanced detection limits are needed.
Why Molded Glass?
Molded (Economy 83) cuvettes offer consistent optical quality at lower cost per unit. With round corners and robust construction, they are perfect for high-throughput screening, teaching labs, and disposable applications.
Filling: Fill to approximately 80% capacity (~8.4 ml) for optimal light path coverage.
Cleaning: Rinse with distilled water, then ethanol or acetone. Dry with lint-free tissue.
Orientation: Align the two clear (polished) windows with the instrument beam path; frosted sides face left and right.
