Using this cell
Fill the cuvette so the illuminated region is fully covered, and remove bubbles from the optical path before measurement. Keep the same orientation for blank and sample so the beam always passes through the same faces.
The stated 350 µL is a nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume. If your method is sensitive to fill level, check the liquid height in your own instrument before routine use.
First-use check
Inspect the optical faces for residue, chips or scratches before first use. Test-fit the cuvette in your holder, rinse with a suitable blank, and confirm that the beam passes through the intended filled region without bubbles. Insert and remove the stopper gently to check routine handling.
Fit and optical alignment
The external dimensions are 12.5 × 12.5 × 45 mm, with a 12.5 × 12.5 mm base. This helps with holder seating and general clearance planning around the stopper area.

Solvents and cleaning
