Using this cell
Fill from the top so the liquid covers the illuminated region used in your measurement. Keep the cell orientation consistent between blank and sample runs, especially if your setup uses more than one optical side of the cuvette body.
Insert the stopper gently after filling and avoid touching the optical faces. Remove exterior droplets and any trapped bubbles before measurement. The stopper provides a covered format for routine handling, but this description does not establish a pressure rating or a verified transport seal.
