Using this cell

Insert the PTFE stopper gently after filling. The stopper covers the opening for routine bench use, but this page does not define pressure service, inversion security or transport sealing, so those conditions should not be assumed.
First-use check
Before first use, inspect the optical faces and stopper contact area for dust, residue or handling marks. Rinse with a suitable liquid for your method, fill with a blank, and confirm that the beam passes cleanly through the filled sample region without bubbles or droplets on the windows.
