Using this cell

Load the sample carefully so the liquid fully covers the beam path and no bubbles remain in the illuminated region. Keep the same orientation and seating for blank and sample, and insert the stopper gently after filling.

The 350 µL nominal capacity is useful for planning sample preparation, but it is not a minimum working volume specification. If your method runs close to the available fill height, verify that the beam is fully covered during measurement.

First-use check

Before first use, inspect the optical faces and opening for chips, dust or residue. Rinse with a neutral, method-compatible liquid, fill with a blank, and confirm stable placement and a clear optical path before running samples.

Fit and optical alignment
