Using this cell

Fill the chamber so the light path is fully covered, then check for bubbles or droplets in the optical region before measurement. For routine UV/Vis work, keep the same orientation for blank and sample readings if your holder presents the beam at a fixed position.

If your method requires a particular closure for covered handling, transport or inversion, confirm the supplied configuration before ordering. The assembled shape alone does not establish the closure or its suitability for these conditions.
