Using this cell

Fill from the top and check that the sample sits cleanly in the optical region without visible bubbles or residue. For fluorescence measurements, keep the same orientation between blank and sample runs so the same faces are used consistently.

This is an open-top cuvette. A closure is not established for this option, so if your handling procedure depends on a covered cell, storage after filling or a specific evaporation-control arrangement, please check that requirement before ordering.

Inspect the optical faces and edges under good light.
Rinse before first use with a cleaning liquid suitable for your method.
Run a blank in the intended measurement orientation.
Confirm that the beam passes through the intended window area after the cell is seated in your holder.

Fit and optical alignment

The uncapped cell body measures 12.5 × 12.5 × 35 mm. That square base is often convenient for holder seating, while the 35 mm body height can help where vertical space above the holder is limited.

Solvents and cleaning
