Using this cell

Fill the cuvette so the illuminated sample region is fully covered during measurement, and keep the same orientation for blank and sample runs. The 700 µL figure is the nominal capacity of the cell, not a minimum working volume, so low-fill use should be checked in your own instrument and holder.
