Using this cell

Fill the cell from the top and make sure the sample fully covers the illuminated region during measurement. Because this version uses a narrow 1 mm sample-region window, fill level, bubble control and repeatable orientation matter more than they do in broader sample-region designs.

The 350 µL figure is a nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume. Before use, check that your actual sample level covers the beam cleanly under your own holder and beam-height conditions.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces and the sample region for dust or residue before first use. After rinsing, place the filled cell in your holder and verify stable seating, full beam coverage and a clear light path without bubbles at the sample region.

Fit and optical alignment

The uncapped body dimensions are 12.5 × 12.5 × 45 mm. These dimensions refer to the bare cell body, so check holder seating and top-access clearance separately if you will use the included closure during handling or measurement.
