What makes this option different

1 mm optical path: match the measurement method to this transmission distance and align the beam through the sample region.
Two-Way Light: align the opposing optical faces with the transmission beam and use the same orientation for blank and sample readings.
350 µL nominal capacity: plan the working fill and beam footprint together so liquid covers the illuminated region; nominal capacity is not a minimum working fill.

Using this cell

Fill the cell from the top opening and make sure the liquid level covers the beam area used by your instrument. Keep the same orientation for blank and sample runs, and remove visible bubbles before measurement where possible.

The 350 µL value is the nominal cell capacity. It is not a stated minimum working volume, so methods that depend on very low fill levels or tight beam placement should be checked against the instrument setup.

Inspect the optical faces and top opening for dust, chips or handling marks.
Place the empty cell in your holder to confirm seating and top clearance.
Rinse according to your lab procedure before first use.
Run a blank in the same orientation and fill style planned for samples.

Fit and optical alignment

This is a Two-Way Light cuvette for standard transmission alignment through the main opposing optical faces. It suits holders designed around a rectangular cuvette body and does not add confirmed side optical access.

Z Height is not established for this SKU. If your holder or method depends on a specific beam-center height, please confirm that point before ordering rather than relying on outer shape alone.

Solvents and cleaning

This option is described for neutral solutions only. If your method involves acids, alkalis, organic liquids or aggressive cleaning chemicals, this is not the right assumption to make for this SKU. The compatibility of the supplied closure with sample contact is also not established here.
