Using this cell

Fill the cuvette so the illuminated region passes through liquid only, then place the closure before measurement. For best routine handling, keep the optical faces clean, use a consistent orientation for blank and sample, and avoid trapping bubbles on the light path.

The 700 µL figure is the nominal cell capacity, not a minimum working volume. If your method runs with a low fill level, check the liquid position in the holder to make sure the beam is fully covered during the actual measurement.

First-use check

Before first use, inspect the optical faces under clean light, rinse with a method-compatible liquid and run a blank. Confirm that the filled sample covers the illuminated area in the measurement position you will actually use.
