Using this cell
Fill the cuvette from the top, then seat the stopper gently before measurement. For consistent routine use, keep the same orientation for blank and sample measurements and make sure the beam passes through a fully filled, bubble-free section of liquid.
This SKU is listed for use across 200–2500 nm. The 700 µL figure is the nominal capacity of the cuvette, not a minimum working volume, so your actual fill level should be set by the beam position in your instrument.
First-use check
Inspect the optical faces and edges before first use for chips, particles or residue. Rinse with a solvent suitable for your method, run a blank at the intended wavelength, and confirm that the illuminated region is fully covered at your chosen fill level.
Fit and optical alignment
The outside dimensions are 12.5 × 4.5 × 45 mm, with a 12.5 × 4.5 mm base and a 35 mm body height. These dimensions help you check holder slot size, body seating and top clearance before ordering.
