Using this cell
Fill each cuvette from the top and insert the stopper gently before measurement. If you use the pair for blank and sample, keep both cells oriented the same way and check that the optical faces stay clean and free from residue or trapped bubbles.
This SKU is listed for UV/Vis use across 200–2500 nm. The 700 µL figure is the nominal capacity of each cuvette, not a minimum working volume, so the actual fill level should be set by the beam position in your own holder.
First-use check
Inspect both cuvettes before first use for chips, particles and marks on the optical faces. Rinse them with a solvent suitable for your method, run a blank, and confirm that the illuminated region is fully covered in each cell at your chosen fill level.
Fit and optical alignment
The outside dimensions are 12.5 × 4.5 × 45 mm, with a 12.5 × 4.5 mm base and a 35 mm body height. Those dimensions help you check holder slot size, body seating and top clearance before purchase.

Solvents and cleaning
