This version combines a 2 mm optical path, Four-Way Light geometry and 700 µL nominal capacity in a JGS1 quartz body with an included PTFE screw cap. It is supplied as 1 cuvette.

Using this cell

Fill the cell through the threaded top opening, then fit the screw cap before moving it into the instrument if your method uses the cell in a capped state. Keep the beam area free of bubbles, droplets and residue, and handle the cuvette by non-optical surfaces where possible.

The 700 µL figure describes nominal capacity, not the minimum working volume. Your actual fill level still needs to match the beam position used in your instrument or accessory.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces and threaded opening for dust or packing residue.
Place the cell in the holder and check top clearance with and without the cap.
Run a blank in the intended orientation and confirm that the liquid level covers the beam path.

Fit and optical alignment

The body dimensions are 12.5 × 4.5 × 38 mm. Overall height is 54 mm uncapped and 58 mm with the cap fitted, so these are the figures to check for holder clearance and space above the neck.

Z Height is not established for this SKU. If your instrument or holder depends on a specific bottom-to-beam position, confirm that point before ordering rather than assuming fit from the outer body size.

Solvents and cleaning

Molded 83 is commonly chosen for methods involving organic solvents and temperature-related processing.
