Using this cell

Unscrew the cap, fill the cell, and re-seat the cap gently before measurement or routine handling. Keep the optical faces clean and dry on the outside, and avoid bubbles or residue in the illuminated region.

The 875 µL figure is the nominal capacity of the cell, not a minimum working volume. Set your fill level so the beam passes fully through covered sample under your own instrument conditions.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces, threaded neck and cap seating surfaces before filling.
Rinse with a cleaning method suitable for your sample and dry the exterior windows with non-abrasive optical tissue.
Check holder fit with the cell both uncapped and capped if the cap will remain in place during measurement.

Fit and optical alignment
