Using this cell

Fill the sample chamber from the top and check that the liquid fully covers the measurement region used by your method. Before measurement, remove bubbles and any droplets on the optical faces, and use the same orientation for blank and sample runs.

Because this is an open-top body, handle it as a directly filled cell rather than a sealed assembly. The stated 100 µL is the nominal capacity for this option and should not be read as a minimum working volume.

First-use check

Inspect the cuvette for dust or shipping residue before first use, then rinse with a suitable liquid for your method. Test the empty cell in the holder, and after filling, confirm that the sample covers the measurement region without visible trapped air.

Fit and optical alignment

Check the holder opening, compartment clearance and beam position before ordering, especially in fluorescence holders with restricted space or defined beam geometry. Four-Way Light identifies the optical access pattern, but it does not by itself guarantee instrument compatibility.
