Using this cell

Fill the cell so the illuminated region is fully covered during measurement. The stated 1.05 mL is the nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume, so your practical fill level should be set by the beam position used in your instrument.

Insert the stopper gently after filling and keep the same orientation for blank and sample measurements. Before reading, check that no bubbles, droplets or dried residue sit across the optical faces.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces for dust, fingerprints or shipping residue before first use.
