Using this cell

Fill each cuvette so the liquid level covers the beam region used in your instrument, then seat the PTFE stopper before measurement. Use the same orientation for blank and sample when your method depends on orientation, and remove visible bubbles or droplets from the optical path before placing the cell in the holder.

Handle the cuvettes by the non-optical sides to keep the light path faces clean. A two-cuvette pack can be convenient when your workflow keeps separate cells available for reference and sample, but the actual measurement procedure still depends on your method.

First-use check

Inspect both cuvettes and both stoppers for visible dust, residue or chips.
Rinse with a solvent suitable for your method and cleaning routine.
Run a blank in the same orientation planned for the sample.
Confirm that the filled liquid level covers the intended beam area.

Fit and optical alignment

This is a stoppered Two-Way Light cuvette, so fit depends on holder clearance as well as the required 10 mm path. If your setup has limited space above the cell, check that the stoppered format suits the compartment or holder you use.

Solvents and cleaning

If your samples or cleaning steps involve aggressive reagents, prolonged contact or demanding organic cleaning conditions, check suitability for the complete cell-and-stopper arrangement before routine use.
