Using this cell

Fill the cell so the liquid level covers the beam path, then cap the opening if your procedure calls for covered handling during transfer or measurement. Keep the optical faces clean and use the same orientation for blank and sample runs when method consistency matters.

This is a Two-Way Light cuvette, so the measurement path is across one pair of opposite faces. Handle the cell by the non-optical sides and check for bubbles, droplets or dried residue before placing it in the holder.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces and top opening under good light before first use. Rinse the cell with a suitable blank or cleaning liquid for your method, make sure the cap seats smoothly on the threads, and run a blank first to confirm that the filled sample covers the beam path in your setup.

Fit and optical alignment
