C054TS4 is a quartz flow cell for UV/Vis setups that need a dual-path optical layout together with a larger nominal cell volume than compact micro-flow formats. Using this cell

Connect the liquid line through the two opposed M6 threaded end openings and fill the cell gradually so the sample reaches the optical region without leaving bubbles in the illuminated section. After the flow path is fully wetted, set the blank under the same operating conditions you will use for measurement.

The 1.2 mL figure is the nominal volume of the cell itself. Total liquid held by the full system will also depend on your tubing, fittings and any additional upstream or downstream components.

No pressure limit is stated for this option, so use in a pressurized circuit should be checked against your own fittings, seals and operating conditions.

Inspect the quartz faces and threaded port areas for chips, residue or transport damage.
Verify that your fittings match the M6 threaded openings.

Fit and optical alignment
