Using this cell

Fill the chamber so the liquid fully covers the beam region used by your instrument or optical setup. Remove visible bubbles from the optical path, and keep the same orientation between blank and sample runs if your alignment is side-specific.

The supplied closure gives this version a covered format for normal handling, but it should not be treated as a rated seal. If your process depends on sealing performance, controlled evaporation or a specific closure material, those points should be checked separately.
