C102CR6 is a quartz micro cuvette for UV/Vis spectroscopy with a 10 mm optical path, a 1.05 mL nominal capacity and an open-top sample chamber. The 3 mm sample-region width gives you a narrower defined measurement zone inside a compact micro-cuvette format, while the supplied lid helps with routine covered handling between filling and measurement.

This option is useful when you want straight-through transmission through two opposing optical faces without moving to a larger cell format. It is sold as 1 cuvette per price unit.

Using this cell

Fill the cell from the top and make sure the liquid covers the illuminated region before measurement. Keep bubbles, droplets and dried residue out of the optical path, and use the same seating direction for blank and sample runs.

The supplied lid is useful during routine handling, but this page does not present the cell as a pressure-rated or leak-tested assembly. The 1.05 mL figure is the nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume.

Inspect the chamber and optical faces for chips, residue or visible contamination.
Test-fit the empty uncapped cell in your holder before preparing samples.
Run a blank in the same orientation planned for the sample.
Confirm that the filled liquid level covers the illuminated region.
