Browse our quartz standard cuvettes for UV-Vis and NIR spectrophotometry (190–2500 nm). These rectangular cuvettes feature two polished windows for standard absorbance measurements. Path lengths: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 100 mm. Volumes from 350 µl to 35 ml. Available with PTFE cap, PTFE stopper, or open-top configurations.

Fabrication Grades

Molded 83 — One-piece, no adhesive, >83% transmittance. Resists all common solvents, concentrated acids, and bases (avoid HF).
Sintered 83 — Fused at 600 °C, >83% transmittance. Compatible with strong acids, bases, and most organic solvents (excluding HF and aggressive organics).
Standard 80 — Precision-glued, >80% transmittance. Economical for routine aqueous work.

All manufactured from high-purity JGS1 fused silica, fitting standard 12.5 mm sample compartments. Compatible with Shimadzu, Agilent, PerkinElmer, Thermo Fisher, JASCO, Hitachi, Horiba, and most commercial spectrophotometers.
